If a participant cancels their booking 30 days or more before the event, a full refund will be issued.
If a participant cancels their booking 14 days before the event, a 50% refund will be issued.
A booking cancelled less than 14 days before the event is nonrefundable.
Pages & Friends reserves the right to cancel an event in case of force majeure (such as natural disasters, health emergencies, etc.). We will do our best to offer replacement dates. If we are not able to postpone the event to another date participants will get a full refund.
If an event has to be interrupted because a force majeure (such as natural disasters, health emergencies, etc.), only a partial refund will be issued based on the number of days remaining.
Pages & Friends encourages participants to subscribe to a private travel/cancellation insurance.
